Home‑Start Guildford is delighted to announce the appointment of Natalie Blagrove as Manager, starting on Monday 13 April.
Natalie joins the charity for a handover period ahead of the retirement of Sarah Black, who is stepping down after dedicated service to Home‑Start Guildford.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and Community Safety sectors, including six years within social housing, Natalie brings a wealth of expertise, leadership and passion to the role. Her background includes senior roles delivering community‑based interventions, supporting survivors and families, leading multi‑agency partnerships, and overseeing complex programmes at both strategic and operational levels.
Most recently, Natalie worked as a Domestic Abuse Community Safety Lead, where she led training, advocacy and awareness‑raising initiatives in partnership with voluntary and statutory organisations. She holds a BSc in Psychology and a postgraduate diploma in Social Science, and is highly experienced in stakeholder engagement, project management and collaborative working.
Natalie is excited to be joining Home‑Start Guildford and looking forward to building on the charity’s strong foundations, supporting families across the community and developing new partnerships with local businesses, organisations and community groups.
