There is a huge need in Guildford for Home-Start’s unique service.  Surrey’s general reputation as a lovely place to live is well deserved but Guildford borough contains areas of considerable deprivation and many families whose problems of illness or disability are compounded by poverty and poor housing conditions.

Home-Start Guildford’s core costs are funded through applications to trusts, foundations and charities .  In addition to our core services, we organise a varied programme of events for our families to attend free of charge.  These events are paid for through local fundraising and are invaluable to families who would otherwise not be able to afford them. We need around £230K per year to operate.   Please visit our About Us page for more information.

Home-Start Guildford is responsible for raising all the funds required to run its support services. There are various ways in which you can help contribute financially to our charity:
