patrons who give their time so freely to make the work
of Home-Start possible. Their commitment and
dedication is very much appreciated.
Our Home-Start families enjoyed a fabulous fun day
out at the Model Steam Railway in Stoke Park. HS trustees, volunteers and supporters joined the families, including our Patrons Ann Milton MP and Cllr Pauline Searle. Families enjoyed riding on the steam train, a bouncy castle, puppet show and refreshments. One of our volunteers wrote afterwards – “The children loved the freedom to go from one
activity to another as often as they liked and
thoroughly enjoyed them all. Their mum
told me it was the most relaxing outing
they had ever had as a whole family.”
